So the last few days have been crazy. I don’t remember when I ate stuff… but at least I remember what I ate… so here goes:
Saturday (3-10):
Breakfast: Piece of Cake from QT. Drink: 24oz Powerade
Lunch: Chicken Quesadilla from Freebirds. Drink 16oz Water
Dinner: Baked Chicken and herb mashed potatoes. Drink: 16oz Loose leaf tea.
Sunday (3-11):
Breakfast: Chocolate Iced Doughnut
Lunch: White Chicken Chili and Egg Rolls. Toppings: Hot Sauce, Sour Cream, Red Pepper Flakes. Condiments: Sweet Chili Sauce for egg rolls. Drink: 16oz organic Green Tea
Dinner: Applebee’s: Grilled dijon chicken, loaded mashed potatoes. Drink: Iced tea with Raspberry syrup in it. Went to the Applebee’s on Beltline in Richardson… wouldn’t recommend it. I don’t know if they had a rush or what but the food wasn’t cooked thoroughly and the service was extremely slow.
Fish Oil Supplement
Monday (3-12):
Breakfast: A spoon of Organic Peanut butter and a spoon of Jelly.
Snack (5:00pm): 3 spoons of peanut butter and 3 spoons of Jelly mixed together (Good stuff!!).
Dinner (8:00pm-ish): Half of a Salmon filet, Broccoli with Cheese, Salad with Organic Ranch dressing. Drink: 16oz Green Tea.
12oz Red Bull energy drink and 32oz Gatorade G2.
Snack/second dinner (2:00am): Taco Bell: Mexi-Melt and Chicken Quesadilla.
Tuesday (3-13):
Lunch: Bean burritos and tortilla chips
Snack: Tortilla Chips and seven layer dip, a chicken and rice enchilada.
Dinner: Freebirds (my usual there)
Wednesday (3-14):
Lunch: Grilled Chicken and Cheese Sandwich. Sides: Cherry tomatoes, raspberries
Dinner: Bean and Cheese Tostadas. Toppings: Jalapenos, Sour Cream, Pace Hot Sauce
